Home Brewed Boocha'

The health benefits of drinking kombucha are endless, but have you tried ditching the expensive ones at Whole Foods for your own? It’s super easy. •gallon of purified water •black tea or green tea •one cup of REAL sugar •a little tiny bit of vinegar (my secret to combat mold growing on the SCOBY) •a healthy SCOBY sample like above •a little bit of kombucha liquid (store-bought works fine) •glass gallon jug •cloth to cover the top (light enough to let air permeate the jar) Boil 10 bags of tea of choice with purified water. Wait until the tea is completely cooled. Fill the glass jar with cooled tea. Add a cup of sugar, kombucha liquid, and a tablespoon of vinegar. Mix, mix, mix! Add your SCOBY. Cover jar with a cloth and secure with an elastic or rubber band. Let sit for at least 7 days at room temp, out of direct sunlight. Enjoy after 7 days, or adjust to your liking (I leave out for at least two weeks). Enjoy!

About PeachBee Co.

PeachBee was founded while I was trying to navigate my overall health at the beginning of the COVID-19 epidemic. I was mentally in a different headspace, one that I was not used to. I think we all had times where we felt defeated and hopeless...maybe even alone. I suffered physically as well as mentally and needed to find clarity. I had lost 30 lbs in a very unhealthy way and wanted to focus on creating healthy, mindful habits. Habits that allowed me to be my most authentic self. PeachBee Co. was born.

At PeachBee, our mission is to help you feel good inside as well as out. We focus on gut health which plays a huge part in mental and physical health. We focus on clean, organic products. We strive to create low fodmap and non-inflammatory foods for those who struggle with intolerances and sensitivities. We focus on healing, using meditation and yoga. We support our local and small businesses.

Our goal is not to become the next Goop or Poosh. Our goal is not to push products that we don't use ourselves. Our goal is to create a community of those who want to heal inside, and out.
